Have the ablility to work effeciently and independentaly. I have over 10 years of handling collections, Medicaid and Medicare claim denials. I call insurances to check on claim status, update and upload reconciderations for Medicare patients on the WPS web site. Also in my daily duties I contact the various types of Medicaid's and handle updating and uploading claim reconsiderations.
