I have a BSN degree and currently working as an Executive Assistant (Workflow Officer). I also have a CCS and CCS-P license and been working in the Medical Coding industry for more than 3 years. I was also promoted as a Quality Assurance Auditor last February 2014. I have coded several accounts from outpatient (ancillary, ER, SDS records) to inpatient setting (OB-Gyne, Newborn, General Surgery, Bariatrics, Orthopedics, Infectious, Neurology, Psychiatry, etc). I am knowledgeable in 3M, has used different systems such as VMWare, Epic, HPF, Star, Meditech, Chartmaxx, Mosaic, TruCode. I also worked as a Medical Transcriptionist for one year.
