The first illustration in my portfolio was a fresh and original approach to bringing the concept of massage therapy to children. The sixth drawing in my portfolio reflects my ability to work in traditional medias used commonly in scientific illustration. I feel the project that best illustrates my ability to approach problem solving on the web was the redesign and restructuring of an athletics website. This website had to be created in such a way that a non-websavy person could update it on a daily basis. I approach my work from my extremely broad educational and professional background. This experience and background has given me the capacity to approach projects and problems in a different yet creative way. I also feel that this broad background has prepared me well for the technological challenges of working in all aspects of illustration and design.
