My typing speed is 50 wpm and I know 10-key by touch. I have worked with customer service for 6+ years (legal research service for 3 years) in retail and in call center settings. I am considered reliable, hard-working, and very detailed oriented. In research/ data entry the turn around time is typicall 3 days per 100 items. I have a dedicated phone and fax and a nice, quiet office space at home. My strength is two-fold. One is that I am very detail-oreinted and also dependable. I am generally a work horse and won't stop until the task at hand is completed. I am not afraid to ask questions and take suggestions of how something can be done better very seriously. I also work quickly and on a very modest budget. Quality of the work done, quanity of work completed and communication is my working foundation.
