I am a medical records summariser. I have done my graduation (Bachelor of pharmacy) from Uttar Pradesh Technical University and post graduate diploma in pharmacovigilance & clinical research from Cliniminds India. I have 3.8 years experience in medical summarisation. I summarise almost all types of patients files such as diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, geriatric etc according to the guidelines provided by the client. I can also do sorting of files in which we do dating and categorisation of pages according to the medical conditions of the patient and I can summarise files of 10 to 1000 pages in a given time easily.
