I have more than 10 years of experience in transcribing medical reports for various hospitals and clinics across USA. The medical reports include consult notes, history and physical notes as well as operative notes from various specialties like orthopedic, neurology, cardiology, pediatrics, OB/GYN, etc. I also have worked on medicolegal reports for UK NHS. The client sends the audio files of their dictation, and it is transcribed verbatim or as per the client's preference of formatting within TAT. Generally, the TAT is of 24 hours. The quality of reports is of prime importance. Generally, the quality range is 97 to 100% depending on Audio quality. I am looking forward to work as a freelancer for transcribing medical reports/medicolegal reports especially of USA/UK, although I am also interested to work for other countries like Australia, New Zealand, etc.
