I do have 6+ years of BPO work experience in various accounts like retail, telco, Medical health insurance, pharmacy and medical biller, I know that I have the skills and expertise you are looking for. The last company I worked with, I was handling different roles simultaneously and effectively:
-Customer Service Representative for retail : Received and direct 50+ calls daily with goals including answering complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services, take orders, tracking orders and process returns.
-Medical Health Insurance Specialist: helping patients with their medical insurance benefits, eligibility and claims. I worked as an intermediary between the patient, the providers, and the insurance companies.
-Pharmacy Specialist: my duties for this role are making sure that patients under my care take proper dosage and correct usage of the drugs that they are using. I assisted them for refilling their medications and contacting their ordering physicians if needed.
-Medical Biller: my role for this act as a mediator between insurance companies and hospital or healthcare providers. I am also in collecting payments for medical procedures and services, updating patient data and preparing invoices.
