A mental health practitioner for 7 years, worked in psychiatric clinics, hospitals, and currently associated with Mumbai’s reputed NGO as a Senior counsellor for children with the history of trauma and sexual exploitation. I have written articles for my present organisation’s website for social caseworkers. I am an avid reader and keep my writing and workshops gender neutral. My vision is to reach the lay audience through my writings and therefore like to explain most complex matters in the simplest form. My focus remains mental health related issues and like to touch all layers of it by having discussions on not only superficial topics but also focusing on the conventional topics that are the root causes of the issue. I also like focusing on preventive care and awareness. I also like focusing on life skills training which empowers others.
