I thought I had seen it all and needed more so In 2013 I achieved a B.A in the science of baking and pastry from The Art Institute of Los Angeles. I have classes/seminars on menu management and the physiology behind colors, word placement, and food pricing under my belt. I am originally from New York and currently located in Colorado.
