• Preparation of Tenders, Estimation, and Bill of Quantities.
• Proficient in international codes and standards such as ASHRAE, ASME, UPC, IPC, IBC, SMACNA, ACCA, UL, NFPA, etc.
• Review of vendor drawings and inter-disciplinary drawings to ensure adequacy of design input requirements.
