Prepare detailed MEP design/construction documents.
Prepare schematic design narratives.
Perform QC/QA of designed work.
Perform load/capacity studies.
Perform power and signals, lighting, fire alarm systems analysis, calculations and design in compliance with local code requirements.
Experience working with residential, commercial, and government projects.
