•Extensive expertise in FE- modeling, assembling,deck set up of sub systems. •FE modeling of entire BIW structure, clousers and other sub systems using ANSA. •Strong experience in shell meshing of all plastics parts including trims, sunroof- trims and door trims. •Experience in shell meshing of all plastic parts including trim, sunroof- trims and door trims. •Experience in creation of 1D element like nodal rigid body welds, beams and joints. •Strong experience in the creation of all types of contacts for connection purpose in ANSA.
