I preferably look for the following:
1) Hold a sound knowledge of R programming and enjoy performing NGS-data analysis, including whole-genome, transcriptome, and metagenome.
2) The advanced analysis includes amps (anti-microbial peptide), miRNA, lncRNA, and other non-coding RNA identification from Genome, Transcriptome, or small RNA-seq.
