Working from the ground up, created the Department of Information Technology intranet, launching the project six months early even after having a last minute rebuild due to requested changes in architecture. Wrote, managed and championed O365 governance later adopted by the State of North Carolina. Train end users, site owners, and managers in the use of SharePoint holding up to six training sessions per month. Working with more than 21 State Agencies to help them set up and implement SharePoint on O365, to include many projects where an agency is migrating on premise SharePoint farms to the cloud. Responsible for creation and continued management of a self help focus for all end users to include the Knowledge Base, the new O365 Video Channels, O365 User's Group and more. Audits according to the governance to ensure compliance. Automated multiple systems to save the State money by creating solutions in SharePoint that do not require a huge support footprint. Spearheaded a move from costly third party document management tools to SharePoint and OneDrive. Directs and provides consultation with other SharePoint talent within various State agencies and the Department of Information Technology. Over 20 years experience working with SharePoint tech.
