Assist the company with the implementation and inception of their new Mentored Learning classroom. Deliver courses within the Microsoft, CompTia and ITIL programs. Design and develop new courseware specific to client needs and utilizing virtual server environments. Consulting and project work based on technologies such as Exchange 2000, 2003 & 2007, M.S. Server 2003 & 2008 and Microsoft Clustering based on the aforementioned technologies and SQL 2005 and troubleshooting the aforementioned technologies. Project and Deployment work on Exchange 2003 and 2007, both in Clustered and non-Clustered environments. Assist the Facilities Manager with technical issues pertaining to Server 2003 Active Directory and Exchange. Extensive experience of systems support network, and disaster recovery management. Accounting and technical background provide the ability to develop effective business plans, budgets, and service level agreements. Developed people skills which ensure that any staff for which I am responsible for have continued education and training relevant to their positions providing long-term company and team relationships.
