As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Supply Chain Functional Consultant I am responsible for configuring, implementing, and optimizing the supply chain management functionality within Dynamics 365 F&O. I work with clients to understand their supply chain needs, design and implement solutions to meet those needs, and ensure that the solution is working effectively.

Some of the key responsibilities as a Dynamics 365 F&O Supply Chain Functional Consultant include:

  1. Conducting business process analysis to identify client requirements and design solutions that align with those requirements.
  2. Configuring Dynamics 365 F&O to support supply chain management processes such as inventory management, procurement, warehouse management, and transportation management.
  3. Creating functional design documentation, test scripts, and training materials to support the implementation of the solution.
  4. Collaborating with technical teams to ensure that customizations and integrations are developed and implemented according to design specifications.
  5. Supporting user acceptance testing and post-implementation activities to ensure that the solution meets the client's needs and is working effectively.
