• Possess more than 8 years of diversified experience in managing and providing ERP & BI implementations. • Experience in managing and providing end to end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics AX, Customized BI Solutions. • ERP implementation & Support expertise in Off-Shore and On-Shore Projects. • Excellent in developing and managing client focused SDLC methodologies. • Currently working as Business Analyst Microsoft Dynamics AX & BI at Modemetric Pakistan. • Excellent communication skills and expertise with Team, Clients and Management. • Excellent in Team & Process Building, Tasks Structure Definition, Phase and Deliverable Completion. • Expertise in ERP & BI implementation lifecycle which includes Business & Process Analysis, GAP Analysis, Process Re-Engineering, Solution Architecture & Design, Configuration of Test & Production environment, Quality Assurance Activities and post Go-Live Support. • Development and Designing of Business Intelligence (BI). • Basic Query writing skills using SQL Tools to assist the technical team in queries & tables.
