 Hands-on experience working on the Microsoft Power Platform: Power BI, Power Query, Power pivot. 

 Develop a strategy for redefining manual reports and automating them using SQL DB and Power BI solutions. Lead the way in implementing new technologies in operations. 

 Efficiently handle large sets of data and be able to process them into required formats confidently. 

 Designing and developing data models and dashboards 

 Develop and optimize BI Dashboards, Reports, Data Models, and data flows. 

 Test and validate the accuracy of data in reports, analytics, and dashboards. 

 Prepare the monthly Deck providing an in-depth summary. 

 Responsible for publishing the Daily MIS as required. 

 Accountable for computing staff performance on a monthly basis for employee recognition, incentives and contest programs 

 Automate all input MIS and input data from systems to avoid errors/discrepancies. 

 Expert understanding of the data and how to access and obtain meaningful and accurate reports from it
