DATA ANALYSIS ONLINE APPLICATION AND DATA BASE MAINTAINS? Follow up Customer I-hygiene TT’s on daily basis with Field team & Vendor team to complete the activity within their SLA period ? Proper planning during summer & pre monsoon conditions and follow up the activity with FSE’s & Technician to ensure nil outages & I-Hygiene of sites. ? Follow up thermal gun activity, conformal coating activity, FCU Filter replacement, Battery Bank replacement with Field team & Vendors and updating the status to customer. ? Preparing meeting related PPT and data’s. ? Raising CAM for internal movements and follow up till installation and maintaining tracker. ? Identifying Non- repairable equipments such as AC, DG, BB, PIU and raising request to Indus (MRN & SRN) for new equipment. ? New sites & Sharing Sites RFS submission in ISQ Portal.
