Tax Appraisal 1) On the MLS page click the “TAX” Icon near the top right of the screen. 2) Enter the address in column A into the “address” box and click search. 3) Scroll down to “Last Market Sale & Sales History”. Verify the “Cash Buyer Name” in Column I is the same as the “Buyer Name” for the corresponding date. 4) Record the “Year Built” into “Property Year Built” column. 5) Record the “Building Type” into the “Type” column. 6) Record the “Assessed Value – Total” into the “Tax Appraisal” Column. Make sure the value is the MOST RECENT YEAR.
