  Our final release experience has been fantastic due to the timely response and excellent communication skills that Octal provides. They walked us through each and every step for getting ready to release our app and were extremely patient with us as we were having some issues getting our Apple Developer account set up. They have been extremely committed to providing great customer service. Again, it's been an absolutely pleasure working with them on our first app and we would highly recommend them for any app or web creation service required. We will definitely be utilizing their services in the future for projects down the road. We cannot say enough good things about working with Octal. They know how to deal with a customer and deliver a polished product. Given that this was our first app experience, our team was a bit nervous about the quality and craftsmanship of the app we wanted to create.   The first time our app was delivered to us and we opened it up on our devices was such a joyous moment. To see what you had envisioned working just like you wanted it was such a relief. There were revisions and changes that we wanted implemented and all of them were handled very efficiently and delivered to us almost on a daily basis. Communication with the entire Octal team during this phase was excellent. We had some minor issues with installation a few times and Octal was there to provide support and walk us through each and every step of the way. They were always available on Skype and responses to emails were very, very fast. Our beta release experience was excellent and we can certainly thank Octal for such a great beta release experience.

  Octal was excellent to work with regarding our backend server, admin panel and web services. They walked us through the necessary steps when we were not sure of something. They provided great detail and break-downs of the requirements and walked us through the steps to setup our web hosting services. The admin panel is exactly how we wanted it to be and we couldn't be happier with it. Any changes we asked for were made very quickly. Communication was excellent as always and it was a pleasure working with them on this part of our app development phase.

  During the design phase of the app, we were very impressed with Octal's communication and timeliness. Technical skill will be assessed once we start receiving the modules. So far though, we are very happy with our partnership with them. They have been very quick to turn around design changes based on our feedback and update the SRS.
