I have mixed feelings about this experience. I believe Mohd has strong programming skills, good intentions, and responds very quickly. While we did achieve our project goals, the process was challenging due to some communication issues and a false start, which we still don't understand. Additionally, we had to complete a small part of the project ourselves, despite it being included in the specifications. It felt as though the vendor gave up on fixing it. Without our own technological skills, we wouldn't have been satisfied with the outcome. Despite these challenges, the fee was very reasonable and likely worth the inconveniences.
