I was very happy with the work completed. He was very adaptable and communicated well. During the project as new items developed or the scope of the original ones became clearer he adapted and completed the work. Work was completed as described and when promised. I will be giving more work to Ravi in the future. Communication was clear and when there were questions I found Ravi to ask them quickly. This is great since I do not have to worry that things are understood and feel confidant that he works hard to make sure we have a firm understand and agreement as to what needs to be completed. Ravi has very strong technical skills. He was able to take a large code from an existing process that was not well documented and navigate, understand and make the changes and updates without difficulty.
