I develop applications in Web, Desktop and Mobile environments for over 20 years. The development tools that I use for Web Applications are AngularJS, Ionic for applications Mobile and Delphi or AngularJS with Electron for Desktop applications. I use nodejs to create Server Applications. I deal with the design and implementation of the database. I work with Oracle, MSSQL Server and PostgreSQL. One of the biggest projects I have made is a provincial RIS (Radiology Information System -ICT), which enabled interoperability among hospitals in several regions of Italy. In the last year I have developed systems that integrate mobile cloud applications with wearable device. I developed the software for the device using C ++. I used the dedicated databases for the time-series display in the dashboard, such as InfluxDB. Finally I use an Agile methodology for development (even before it was codified ...), because I want to create what the customer really needs. I think this is the best way to work. My experience confirms this.
