I have experience in tooling design especially in mold design and aluminium/zinc die casting. I was employed in few companies so my knowledge is diverse. I am familiar with technology of manufacturing mold base and die. I made projects for energetics, lighting, automotive, food industry etc. I was employed in tool shop where I worked with different types of molds and dies. My experience in tool shop let me design high end tools in mold design office then. Now I am employed in company that is providing 3d printing service, especially SLM printed cavities and cores with conformal cooling inside. I am skilled in Solidworks and Siemens NX software. I follow the whole process of designing from blueprints to manufacturing. For my customers I can prepare 3d printed prototypes as well as mold prototypes for small series.
