If you're considering and shopping for a cloud based system that you can store all your company information in, I would recommend Monday.com.  There are a lot of different CRM's out there but the thing I like most about Monday.com is that it's completely customizable.  We can shape it to store your information, organize your information, automate itself based the information, be available through it's mobile app, and use all the industry terms that you already use.  If you're interested in implenting Monday.com to your organization, I can do the following:

• Have some initial discussions with you to learn how your company is currently storing information and what you're wanting to do.
• Put a plan together to demonstrate what that would look like in Monday and with your approval, begin to design.
• As the system takes shape, you and your team can start to have access so that you can see what it looks like on your end, start to use, and get to know the system.
• I will continue to develop the system and build in the automation to help cut away some of the mondane, day-to-day adjustments and tasks, which will allow for the operation to flow more smoothly.
• Once the system is complete, I will not only provide some training for the team and a hand-off to someone who can now manage it internally, i will also provide some tech support for future changes and needs.

It's tough to give a timeline on this sort of thing without knowing how big you need the system to be but for a small company, i would normally estimate it only being a week or two before you're able to get inside and start using.
