Moses is an expert in Monitoring and Evolution having monitored projects in the horn of African in countries such as Ethiopia, Kenya, Rwanda, Somalia, South Sudan, Tanzania and Uganda. He has conducted Baseline Studies, Midterm Evaluation and End of Project Evolution. He has monitored projects in Micro Finance, Gender issues such Income Generating Activities for women, education for women, gender based violence, Education, Agricultural, livelihoods, and Emergency interventions among others. He has designing monitoring system for regional interventions including the development of indicators, log-frame, and quarterly & annually reporting system. He has been involved in the development of the M and E Curriculum at AMREF Africa where he has been an M and E facilitator since 2006 to date. He has also trained other NGOs on M and E system. He has consulted for several institutions in relation to transport issues. He has worked with the East African Business Council, Shippers Council of East Africa (formerly Kenya Shippers Council), The Kenya Transport Association, the Federation of East African Freight Forwarders, Uganda Shippers Council, Tanzania Transport Association and Tanzania Joint Border Committee.
