The Monthly Service package includes your Quick Books Software Services and Support On-Line and the following accounting services: Quick Books Software updating and management, payroll weekly/bi-weekly processed on-line for you to print out checks and check stubs directly from your computer and issue payroll, monthly account payables and receivables reconciling, monthly cash flow reports for planning, bank reconciling of your business bank account, monthly preparing and filing of all required payroll and sales tax required reports, qrtly preparation of all reports for workers compensation of UC101 and 941 withholding reports for the IRS. Monthly reports provided of Profit and Loss Statements and Balance Sheet Statements for your bank and for your internal management use. Year-end reports include year-end Profit & Loss statement you can provide to your accountant for tax return preparation or have us provide you with tax return preparation services.
