I have 14+ years of data entry experience, 2 years of mortgage processing, 7 years of office administrative assistance, and other general office work. I am proficient in all Office programs, have above average computer skills, and experience with member/customer assistance and high volume phone calls. I am able to multitask and work quickly and efficiently with little to no supervision. I also have experience with office communication, composing memos and letters, and general IT knowledge.
