This class is focused on YOU.Your goals, your pace, your time, your practice.
This is recommended for any of the following students:
1) Beginners who are looking for proper guidance in starting their yoga or movement journey through the fundamentals.
2) People who haven’t been exercising that much or are recovering from a specific condition/injury. We want to have fun in our practice without hurting ourselves! Create a safe practice with a personalized program just for you.
3) Practitioners who are looking to progress in their practice. This could be mastering a certain posture, discovering playful progressions, or simply refreshing the mind of the basics.
Virtual Private Class
(For rates, let’s schedule a quick call to discuss what is feasible for you at the moment)
This class will be held via Zoom for 60-90 minutes on days where you can commit a time for the practice. Before starting our classes, we’ll have a quick video call to gauge which areas you want to improve and set intentions so I can craft a program personalized to your needs.
- Animal Flow (Level 1)
- Yoga Therapy (stress management tools, Yoga Nidra and Yin Yoga for better sleep, Therapeutic sequences for lower back pain, shoulder/neck pain, etc)
- Strength Training using dumbbells and resistance bands
Mentorship Program
The mentorship program is limited in slots since this requires 24/7 feedback, lectures, exercise and mindfulness techniques to work on as drills/homework, and live or virtual classes that are personalized to your goals. Recommended training program is at least 3 months but may last up to a year, depending on the arrangement with a once a week meet-up class.
Pre-Mentoring Meet Up: Before starting the mentorship, I will ask you some questions about yourself such as lifestyle and goals for the practice. An online assessment will also be sent for me to take note of before starting the classes.
Mentoring Session: Sessions will be done online via Zoom and will cover a combination of lectures, movement, meditation, and self-reflection exercises.
Post-Session Assignments: After the live session, I will be recommending drills / exercises for you to accomplish before the next session. This will help integrate the principles and cultivate consistency in your practice through reflection and strengthening the mind-body connection.
Post-Mentoring Evaluation: After the mentorship program, we’ll have a sit down assessment of our initial goals, our progress, and an open space to share any feedback about the whole experience.
