- Inspire you to create your own movements that is uniquely choreographed by you

- Play around with mindfulness exercises that would benefit your specific needs

- Help you release negative emotions, thoughts, limiting beliefs so you can thrive in your life

- Provide a safe and healthy space for you all throughout the session

We can set up a meeting to discuss you goals and needs for each session. 

I conduct my classes via skype or google meet.

All levels are welcome. You can be a first time mover or a professional one.

I am open for weekly or monthly classes with you.
