supporting the Director's day-to-day work • Outlook calendar management / meeting organization / meeting room booking • Purchasing administrative tasks • office manager tasks: ordering office supplies, scanning, typing, data recording, partner registration • Carrying out other executive assistant and personal secretarial duties (domestic and foreign travel arrangements, hotel reservations, airline tickets and taxi orders) • Contact with senior external partners and internal organization staff, department / unit managers • organizing professional programs, trainings, team builders
