I worked as a NMS system engineer,Planning support engineer and Field engineer in Telecom industry.I frequently used Ms Excel,Ms Word and Ms power point for daily report.I worked the tools like Ericsson NE (GIS), Path Loss 5, Site forge. I know the basics of networking pursued CCNA course.
