Mr. Rohit Bornarkar is Founder and Chief Financial Planner of ArthaPurna Solutions®. He is also the key support manager and consultant to a private limited firm in Fee Based Financial Planning.

Mr Rohit Bornarkar is a SEBI RIA License holder. With a desire to strive towards creating a strong base in industry, has went through an Executive course at renowned institute of IIM, Ahmedabad on Mergers, Acquisitions, Restructuring and Valuations. With more than 12 years of experience in Equity Markets he has got a good command over subject of Options Strategies in Derivatives markets. He has also shouldered leadership roles in multinational Business Network Institutions like BNI.

Along with professional commitments, he is also helping next batch of financial experts by being a Board of Studies (BOS) Member and Visiting Faculty at MIT World Peace University for subjects like Derivative Analysis, Security Analysis and Portfolio Management.

As a founder member of India level Association of Registered Investment Advisers(ARIA), currently he is part of a committee, representing Registered Investment Advisers(RIAs) of Pune.
