From my point of view, the level of my self-esteem and confidence is very good. However, I believe that I will improve those skills by doing more and more presentations at guru. My success criteria will be when I built up my confidence and people start understanding me easily.I am very good in my skills like MS Office and content writting. I have been doing work on my skills from last 5 years.Now i am going to start my online work as a professional.And I can lead appropriately and mobilize the group for high performance.
