Responsible for analyzing and resolving customer related issues across PAN India.
➢ Invoice & STM creation.
➢ Vendor, GRN Receipts & Inventory Management.
➢ Preparing Daily MIS & TAT Reports.
➢ Preparing consolidated monthly report & submitting to planning team.
Students Admissions process and maintaining Students data.
➢ Daily basis Teachers and Students Attendance marking through Biometric Portal.
➢ Using School Management System portal for updating School stock details, School Bills
and School details.
➢ Co-ordinating with Principal and District Officers (Social Welfare Department) for all
administrative processes and Administer record keeping.
➢ Communicating with parents as needed.
➢ Using the Application Student Achievement Tracking System (SATS) for updating School,
Students and Staff details and Maintaining Text Book details also.
➢ To provide full administrative support to the administration team and teaching staff as
required
➢ To arrange internal meetings and Handle scheduling, record-keeping and reporting.
➢ Assist in the upkeep of contact records, including student and staff contact information.
