I deal with investigating why an item has been restricted or has an error on it of why it cannot be shipped out to customers. I Answer customer feedback and make sure that each customer is receiving great customer service. I investigate issue for Canada, UK and America. I work with the international department to ensure that direct shipments go out correctly and that if there is a mix up that amazon deals with it accordingly.
