I have been a multi skilled employee in my previous job. I started taking in calls as customer service representative. Handling customer's inquiries like billing inquiries and bills payment. After 6 months, I have been leveled up as Credit Consultant. As a Credit Consultant, I responsible in making the customer's account up to date by making a courtesy calls or sending email regarding the overdue balances. And then after 1 year of being a Credit Consultant, I was promoted as Complaint Analyst. My role was to resolved customer complaints like billing disputes, default listing investigation. It was a very sensitive role but I was able to do the job well.
