Hi there! I did documentation for the medical support to be provided to various people in the US. Those documents will be signed by the doctors and the support system - braces, will be ready to be shipped out to the patients that are in need. I worked in a remote office only while I was on the insurance company. I answer calls sometimes using VoIP. I put their information in the portal. I upload audios on the Google Drive. I also did Quality Assurance, after I listen to audio recordings, I take note if the patient is eligible for the support system or the call if the agent follow the process and save the contact information on the Spreadsheets. I'm currently employed as part time only about recruiting job. I'm assigned on lead generation looking for potential and qualified job seekers across Europe, to be hired in a specific company that's based on their skills and experience.
