I was an Operations Agent and eventually a Supervisor before with Expedia Inc. I was part of their Customer Service and Air Fulfillment teams. Both of these teams handle Hotel and Air Reservations. Also, I have extensively handled customer service and daily escalations from clients giving me great experience on customer handling and issue resolution. I was also part of Carlson Wagonlit Travel and UPSIDE travel which provided me the same experience I had with Expedia but on a corporate and busines level.
