+ Account Director
- Sets high-level digital strategy for 2-3 key accounts totaling $2.5+ million in annual revenue, leveraging understanding of clients, their industry, and competitive landscapes to provide thoughtful digital marketing plans to meet client KPIs.
- Multichannel mixture of account based marketing (ABM), Amazon marketing, SEO, PPC / SEM Campaign Optimization, Email Marketing, Marketing Automation, LinkedIn Marketing.
- Focus on B2B, B2B SaaS, and Ecommerce.
-Manages client expectations and handling difficult conversations both internally and externally as necessary, while managing a team of Account Managers and digital marketing specialists to ensure the work is completed to the highest quality.
- While reporting is extensive (Google Data Studio, Agency Analytics etc.) the foundation of this role is about building and maintaining strong relationships with high-level clients and contacts, which goes beyond QBRs and standard reports - understanding how c-suite execs and major buyers function and relate personally, as well as which narratives from the data resonate, is key.
- Manages budgets, scopes projects, and delivers sales presentations.
- Works with senior management and agency partners on process development for the agency, along with expanding the business development opportunities for existing accounts.
- Participates in the team hiring process including Account Manager interviews and final decision making.
