My top strength is to keep people on the same page using my language skills to find the key for effective communication between english and mandarin speakers. In the workplace, my day-to-day typically consists of switching between the English and Chinese language to work together with American and Chinese people. While working at an American company called Lianxing ( ????????????), for a China-US education exchange from 2016-2019, part of my role included communicating with hundreds of students and with my American manager. At the same time, I also created and established a public WeChat account for this program.
