I am an illustrator interested in comic book art and sequential storytelling. I have a BFA from Maryland Institute College of the Arts. Major: Illustration Minor: Printmaking. My work is thorough and passionate. I put heavy emphasis on ability and craft. Not many people can execute drawings with the precision I possess and I am proud of what I produce. Conceptual thinking married with excellent execution is a Jamie Johnson trademark and in particular artistic circles I am considered elite. I have worked for large design firms and private patrons alike. This has helped make me diverse in visual problem solving. I do however have a visual style that appeals to a general audience of young people that as of recently has become very marketable. I am a freelance illustrator, graphic designer and cartoonist. I'm hardworking and committed to giving my clients what they want, to their exact specifications, on time. I have a diverse portfolio and work in a variety of styles. The end result

    Jamie was a total pleasure with work with. He is not only professional and wants you to be satisfied with his work, but he also has a really positive energy about him. He was very open to listening to my concept and all of my suggestions. The final product (a gift for my friend) was fantastic.
