I have worked with NetSuite & OpenAir as an Administrator/Technical/Functional Consultant for the past three years. Part of the duties performed are as follows: 1. Act as the primary point of contact for NetSuite support; providing internal training and continued support. 2. Work with users when performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) or training on new / modifications to the applications. 3. Work with project and department management to plan and execute software / functional release cycles 4. Plan, review and manage change configurations and customization requests. Maintain proper system access/roles/rights for all users. Support end-user requests for new searches, reports, KPI’s and dashboards. 5. Develop and implement policies, procedures and guidelines to ensure data integrity, as well as develop, test and deploy customization's, custom objects, new functionality and SuiteApps based on evolving business needs. 6. Proficiently maintained both OpenAir and NetSuite data base systems, while managing the help desk support for both NetSuite and OpenAir. 7. Was primary point of contact for Vendor creation, user/employee creation, managing/maintaining user privileges, creating user roles, and established user permissions. 8. Experience with project scoping, planning, requirements gathering, business process mapping and end-to-end process experience. 9. Designed, developed and tested enhancements in alignment with business process requirements. 10. Created custom work-flows, object-oriented programming, and custom validations 11. Technical experience in understanding NetSuite framework and requirements. 12. Project management experience in utilizing appropriate tools and resources to document processes, timelines and responsibilities.
