1. Managing the initial NetSuite user training sessions and conducting all ongoing user training. 2. Implementing and maintaining the NetSuite and NetSuite OpenAir environment. 3. Conducting routine audits on the environment to ensure data integrity. 4. Creating customization within the environments to allow for business process adoptions. 5. Develop and implement policies, object-oriented programming/workflows, procedures and guidelines to ensure data integrity, as well as develop, test and deploy customization's, custom objects, new functionality and Suite-apps based on evolving business needs. 6. Reviewing all design elements to ensure compatibility with system design. 7. Plan, review and manage change controls and customization requests. Maintain proper system access/roles/rights for all users. Support end-user requests for new searches, reports, KPI’s and dashboards. 8. Work with project and department management to plan and execute software / functional release cycles 9. Develop, Implement, and Support NetSuite & NetSuite OpenAir support center. 10. Write test script scenario's for user acceptance testing and maintain audit controls. 11. Managing/SME of the Implementation of NetSuite ERP, SRP, CRM, & NetSuite OpenAir.
