• Establish, implement, train and maintain systems procedures, protocols and best in class methods for efficient data organization, storage, retrieval and migration within and between systems; • Manage the IT infrastructure, maintenance, software and peripherals across the organization to maximize up-time, ensure business continuity and database, maintenance • Audit current and future IT requirements and capacity to develop continuity plans and budgets ensuring appropriate support and licensing for all software • Oversee corporate information systems technology to resolve and rectify day-to-day issues; • Plan, implement and manage security policies, user accounts and file permissions. • Design, implement and support security focused tools and services. • Respond to physical and logical security incidents through remediation efforts including • Design and implement on secure deployments of new switches, routers, firewalls and VPN devices. • Assist in maintaining required documentation and management of overall security strategy plus compliance for the organization.
