Primary responsibility is to troubleshoot customer problems received via the telephone and e-mail. Products/technologies supported include Novell GroupWise, Lotus Notes, Microsoft Exchange as well as Easylink proprietary products/technologies including Mailwatch ) and Jazz. On the job experience with editing DNS records. Hands on experience with Windows NT & Novell servers. Regularly create and modify accounts for website hosting including provisioning ftp login/passwords for customers.
