Achieved organization goal of decreasing SLA violations by 50% eliminating up to 10% SLA violation monthly credits for a 24x7x365 service provider environment. Designed and implemented multi-homed BGP configuration utilizing disparate Internet providers for multiple clients. Designed a network infrastructure incorporating proprietary technologies to ensure the highest level of information security, availability and integrity for first responder and law enforcement use. Architected and migrated customer network from legacy HP infrastructure to redundant Cisco 6509 network, consolidating routing protocols and reducing IT overhead.
