For all your programming needs, Rob Spence is the BEST pick. He fits my only 3 requirements. First, he is very fast. Second, he is very good. Third, he is very very cheap. Because he has these three outstanding qualities...IF YOU ARE LUCKY enough for him to bid on your project, you are crazy if you don't select him to do the work.
