Hello and welcome to my profile, My name is Mohamed abdelhamid, i am electronics and communications engineer graduated from faculty of electronic engineering menoufia university Egypt , i work in raya contact center as technical support agent. i am native Arabic and fluent English , my skills are Microsoft office and translation English to Arabic .I took two scholarships one from ITIDA and the other from NTI national telecommunications institute of Egypt I studied Microsoft courses MCSA and MCSE server infrastructure and also CCNA routing and switching .
